In every once-a-month package you'll receive one SURPRISE necklace based on our schedule below:
No customizations, alterations or special requests:
We cannot accommodate custom requests for your subscription at this time.
When will the necklaces ship?
Your first and every subsequent necklace will be sent your way within two weeks from when your payment is made! Shipping within the US is an extra 3-5 business days with an option for faster shipping for an additional cost.
When will my card be charged?
You only need to sign up for the Club once. Your card or Paypal will automatically be charged on the same date in the following months!
How long does the Club last?
As long as you want! If you've been in the Club for the whole 12 months, we'll just restart you in Month 1 but we'll be sure to send you new necklaces so you won't get duplicate designs!
What if I don't like my necklace?
Your happiness is my goal, and if you're not happy with the mystery necklace you got, first consider gifting it to a friend who would LOVE it! Otherwise, within 7 days of your receiving the necklace, please email me at info[at]tinyhandsonline.com and we can arrange an exchange with any other $23-28 necklace you see in my shop.
You will only be charged once every month. You can opt out at any time.
Tiny Hands proudly ships worldwide, through US Postal Service (USPS). We ship at a flat rate shipping fee of only $9.00 to anywhere within the USA! For more shipping rates, please look below.
For a small additional fee, your lovely purchases can be packed in our beautiful jewelry gift boxes, ready for gift-giving! Your giftbox is tied shut with a satin ribbon in either colors of pink, gold or beige. Bubble wrap protects the giftbox and your order will ship in padded envelopes.

USPS First Class Mail ($9.00): Arrival within 3-5 business days and provides tracking USPS Priority Mail ($15.00): Arrival within 1-3 business days and provides tracking USPS Express Mail (30.00): Arrival within 1-2 business days and provides tracking |

USPS First Class International ($26.00): Arrival within 1-8 weeks. There is great variability for how long customs take to process your parcels and the postal system in the receiving country itself. Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel! USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail International ($55.00): Arrival within 7-17 business days but does NOT have tracking or insurance. It's much more reliable than First Class International and takes less time to arrive. USPS Express Mail International ($80.00): Arrival within 7-12 business days. This is the most reliable and provides TRACKING (yay!) so you know exactly where your parcel is. |

Since all jewelry is handmade, processing times can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the number of orders in line before yours.
